Business email and domain requirements

Creating a Router account requires both a business email address and a business domain. Accepted addresses include name@company.com and firstname.lastname@company.org.

Addresses from personal email providers are not accepted. This includes Gmail, Outlook and Hotmail, Yahoo, GMX, iCloud, Proton, and similar services. Educational institution domains (such as .edu or .ac.uk) are not eligible for self-service signup; schools and universities are onboarded manually (see below).

You do not need to be an existing Ramp customer to create a Router account.

If you cannot use a business domain, email router@ramp.com to request manual onboarding. Requests are reviewed individually.
